FAQs

How far in advance should I book?

1

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for private dining, curated events, and community activations to allow time for planning, sourcing, and any additional enhancements.

For personal chef services, bookings may be available weekly, depending on availability.

We always recommend booking as early as possible, as availability is limited to ensure each client receives a fully curated and intentional experience.

What is required to secure a booking?

2

To officially secure your event , signed agreements and a non refundable deposit are required.

All bookings are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis, and dates are not held without a deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

3

Due to the level of planning, sourcing, and preparation involved, all deposits are non refundable.

In the case of rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate a new preferred date based on availability. Requests must be made within the guidelines of our policies outlined in our cancellation terms and agreements signed upon booking.

Do you travel or accommodate off site events?

4

Do you offer custom menus or set menus?

Yes, we offer services for in-home dining, private venues/ locations, and select travel experiences.

Travel fees may apply depending on location, and accommodations may be required for out of city bookings. Details are discussed during the inquiry process to ensure proper planning and execution.

We approach each experience with a seasonal, chef driven perspective.

The Tasting Haus operates from a rotating collection of seasonal dishes, flavor profiles, and curated menu concepts that reflect our style—drawing inspiration from culture, creativity, and elevated comfort cuisine. These offerings serve as a foundation and source of direction for each event.

From there, every menu is fully customized based on your preferences, dietary needs, event style, and overall vision.

Rather than selecting from a traditional fixed menu, you’re investing in a curated culinary experience. It is one that is thoughtfully designed for your table and evolves with the seasons. This means no two experiences are ever exactly the same.
